Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

Because Ms. Chika offers digital products, live services, and workshops, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated below.
Downloadable products, templates, guides, courses, and other digital resources are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, or delivered.
For 1:1 consulting services, including phone or video sessions, cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session or request a refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, arrive significantly late, or do not attend, the session fee is non-refundable. All 1:1 consulting sessions must be booked within 14 days of purchase, or the service fee may be forfeited.
For workshops, registrations are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by Ms. Chika. If you are unable to attend a workshop, your registration may be transferred to a future workshop or credited toward another offering at our discretion.
If Ms. Chika must cancel or reschedule a service or workshop, you will be offered either a rescheduled date, account credit, or a full refund.
Speaking engagements, school partnerships, group trainings, and custom services may be governed by separate written agreements, and those agreements will control in the event of any conflict with this policy.
